Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chopped lettuce and shredded cheese noted at 11C at the time of inspection. Manager noted items were in under counter cooler for less than 2 hours. Items were moved to the walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Operator to ensure potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C or below to prevent the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.
