-Hours of Operation: 7am to 3pm year round (shorter hours during the summer season usually) - Liquid soap and paper towels are available at the hand sink -200ppm Quats sanitizer is available in a spray bottle - Baked goods prepared in main kitchen + then brought out to kiosk - Fridge temperature is 4 Degrees C; dairy dispenser's at 0 degC -All dispensing nozzles and cartridges are taken out and washed/sanitized in the cafeteria kitchen at the end of the day -Temperature log's being maintained - There's no food preparation occurring on-site, except for automated coffee/tea
