Corrective Action(s): Must ensure equipment is washed and sanitized to remove all organic material and potential bacteria after use or every 4 hours if in continual use.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 71 C at plate and 82 C at gauge
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
