Operator is on site and has a valid Food Safe level 1 certificate (2023). Standard procedures are in place. Food Safety and sanitation plans are available. Coolers are 4 C or colder with the exception of the small cooler used to store syrups (no higher risk foods - temperature 6C) - ok. Check temperatures daily. Freezers - good. Gelato ingredient information is available - good. Scoops - dipper well is available or water is changed after each use if not busy. No hot holding soup today. Hand washing stations in front, at double sink, and in staff washroom - liquid soap and paper towels are provided. Chlorine bleach is used on wiping cloths. Dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse - >71 C measured inside of the machine - good. Remove unneeded items. Premises is being routinely cleaned. Follow written cleaning schedule. Discussed light covers for fluorescent bulbs.
