- FS certified staff on duty -Handsinks in food preparation area and staff washroom supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) - Walk-in freezer -18C - High temperature dishwasher operational and met sanitizing temperature. Final rinse temperature measured 71 oC at dish surface with max holding thermometer. - In use wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution. Concentration of sanitizer solution in buckets measured 200ppm. - No evidence of pest infestation noted at time of inspection. -Good personal hygienen noted by staff No signature is obtained due to covid safety- verbally explained a copy will be sent to the owner.
