Routine inspection

- Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water,liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Fridges in kitchen are at or below 4C (40F). Bar cooler unit is at or below 4C. Separate thermometers provided in all units.Temperature monitoring log noted.
- Hot holding units at the breakfast line measured at or above 60C (140F).
Reminder: Food temperature for all cooling and hot holding units must be monitored and logged daily. Monitoring log is to be kept updated.
- Food in cooling units are covered and proper signs noted.
General sanitation is satisfactory. Floor is clean and free of build-ups and food debris.
- Hydrogen peroxide sanitizer available in spray bottles. All food contact surfaces are to be sanitized with sanitizer. 2- comp sink maintained.
- High-Temp Dishwasher registered at 77C at the dish surface (Required 71C). Good!
- No obvious sign of pest activity at this date.
- Single use coffee cups and cutlery is used in breakfast bar.
- Washrooms are clean and well maintained.
