Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Paper towels were not available at back hand sink so staff had to take the paper towel from front hand sink and use those. Staff were unable to find paper towels in back storage as they had run out. Staff told to immediately go and pick up paper towels and they did
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure adequate paper towels available at ALL hand sink areas at ALL times for proper sanitary maintenance to occur (ie. hand washing)

Observation: * Hand sink faucet not working at front counter so staff have to use back kitchen faucet to wash hands. The hand sink in front counter must be in proper working order!
