Observation: A 100ppm chlorine sanitizing solution was available. However, not all wiping rags were stored in the solution. To prevent cross contamination, all wiping rags need to be stored in the sanitizing solution.

Observation: Back screen door was open at the time of inspection. To prevent entry of pest, ensure to keep the backdoor closed at all times.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C.
Walk-in freezer at -15C.
Hot holding of rice was at least 60C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
