-Follow-up inspection to January 13, 2020.
-Kitchen handwash station hot water tap has been serviced/tightened and handwash station was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Temperature check sheets have been created and temperatures will be checked and recorded twice a daily. Ensure temperature are kept on-site for 90 days.
-Prior to carrying out and renovations to the kitchen, contact the Health Department for any approvals.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
