Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle had no detectable chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be at 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Add 1/4 teaspoon bleach to pink spray bottle. Bleach should be prepared at least every 2 days (evaporates over time). Bleach at 100ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 31, 2022.
-Screen door was put in place at the time of inspection. Bottom left corner of the screen door is torn and needs to be repaired to prevent potential pest entry.
-Chemical containers were properly labelled to identify their contents.
-No raw, shelled eggs on-site at the time of inspection. Unable to verify storage practices of raw eggs.
-Ensure parchment paper is discarded nightly.
