A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach present at 2-comp sink for sanitizing during manual warewashing. - Bleach in spray bottles had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor. - Pre-cooked ribs, chicken, and wings ordered from suppliers. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is satisfactory. No signs of pests. - Exhaust hood canopy is clean, absent of grease and dust. - Obtained a post-dated cheque for the yearly permit fees for 2024-2025 fiscal year. (Cheque #002622). ACTION - Ensure to clean the flour off the lower shelves of prep tables and cupboards, by the dough sheeter machine.
