Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: All cooler units were less than or equal to 4C. Walk-in freezer at -18C. Sanitizing sink for the 3-compartment sink was filled with a 200ppm quats solution. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground. no pest activity noted. Temperature records maintained for all cooler and freezer units. Time tracking for pizza in place. Ensure to monitor the 2 hour room temperature hold time of pizza products. Hand washing station satisfactory.
