- All handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers < or = to 4 C.
- Freezer at -18 C.
- Ice-maker - clean;a scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 76.9 C at the plate's level.
- Surface sanitizer was available in bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200 ppm Quat. Changed every 2 hours.
- Dry storage area - organized/food items are stored off the floor at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity.
