Walk-in cooler and line coolers were at or below 4 deg C (40 deg F).
Walk-in freezer was at -22 deg C.
Hot holding for eggs, meats, chilli, soups was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log available in digital format and up to date.
High temp. dishwasher reached 77 deg C at plate surface.
Floors, counter tops and equipment in sanitary condition.
Outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected.
