Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice dispenser tube for the pop machine by the drive thru window had mildew build up on it. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
Corrective Action(s): Reclean and sanitize the drive thru pop machine dispenser lines. Date to be corrected: immediately

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1) Mechanical dishwasher does not maintain appropriate sanitizing cycle. No chemical sanitizer residual can be detected and water temperature is at 65C max. Temperature ranges from 41 to 65C.
2) One cream machine maintaining 8-10C internal temperature. Milk products are measured at 7C, but are not stored in cooler for more than 2 hours according to operator. These items require refrigeration of 4C or less.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Fix mechanical dishwasher to maintain a proper sanitizing cycle. Appropriate chemical sanitizer concentration must be achieved or 71C hot water at the plate level. Ensure all items are placed into sanitizer after washing in the dishwasher until dishwasher is fixed.
2) Do not use malfunctioning milk and creamer refrigerator. Call technician to service device and ensure a temperature of 4C or less is maintained. Milk and cream in broken unit discarded.

-Freezers measured -18C or less: 2 sliding freezer ,1 reach in freezer, 1 walk in freezer
-Hot holding units measured above 60C
-Vegetables are placed on a timer to discard
-No signs of pest during inspection. Pest reports available
-Sanitizer buckets measured 100ppm chlorine with wiping cloths in them
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-Quat dispenser measured 200ppm
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Ice machine is clean. Scoop handles do not contact ice.
-Stirring sticks stored in ice cups
-Water is not pooling at mop sink
-Walk in cooler seal has been fixed and a new temperature display has been purchased
