-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front walk-in cooler was at 3C
-Prep coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Wing cooler was at 3C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Soups/gravy were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods cooled with an ice wand at the time of inspection.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Bar glass washer had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine (minimum 12.5ppm required for sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer was clean and well maintained. Slicer is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-Equipment was clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Raw meats stores below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until Feb 09, 2024.
