A couple of the paper dispensers empty. Replaced. Checked the sani-buckets at the hour interval. The one at the customer dine-in tray station was edging towards 150 ppm Quats. Good to have hourly refresh for the sani-buckets. Sink being filled and Quats at source measures 200+ ppm. Cooling units OK. hot holding units above 60 C General premises sanitation pretty good. Men's employee washroom cleaner and drier ( little water in the grout line along the wall).
