Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything in the kitchen designated hand sink. This hand sink is for hand washing purposes only.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bag of frozen beef observed thawing on counter in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all frozen potentially hazardous foods are thawed in an acceptable manner. Thaw under cold running water or in a cooler.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the dry storage area and around the hot water tank.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above noted areas immediately. Have your pest control technician place additional traps in the dry storage room, around the hot water tank, and in any other required areas. Latest pest control servicing was conducted on September 16th with no activity noted.
