General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were below -18 degrees Celsius. Hot holding units were over 74 degrees Celsius. Food storage practices were good. Organization of storage areas was good. Hand wash stations were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Operator's hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory. General sanitation was satisfactory. Chlorine sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths were 200ppm. Chemicals were stored in a safe manner. No signs of pests.
