-Follow-up inspection to March 11, 2022. -Facility is no longer hot holding noodle sausage for sale to consumers. Hot holding unit has been removed. Sausages are sold frozen to customers. -Chicken is being time tracked. After 2 hours to product is either sold or discarded. Chicken was all sold out at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19
