Introduction

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). Today’s inspection focused on the physical facility and health and hygiene systems to ensure the safety of children during Covid-19 pandemic crisis.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated May 15, 2020, there was one child in attendance with the licensee. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed.
Licensing staff completed Risk Screening –Covid -19 prior to this inspection. Covid-19 prevention strategies were discussed and resources were shared with the staff today. This inspection report was written off site. A copy of inspection report and the risk assessment will be mailed to the facility.
