Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were below 4.0C. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Milk and cream carafes are using time as a control - both noted with a expiry time stamp of 11 AM (time not expired during the inspection). Utensils and food contact items noted in a sanitary condition and good repair. QUAT sanitizer containers noted with 200 PPM QUAT. High temperature dish machine was able to reach 73.9C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. Mop bucket noted emptied and the mop bucket and mop sink area noted in a sanitary condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Off-site storage area noted organized and sanitary. Light fixtures protected by shields. General cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
