Comments

All the violations documented in the previous inspection report KKIM-CN6VLD have been corrected: - Sushi rolls observed with time posting. - Prep cooler has been serviced and service report indicates that TX valve has been replaced. The cooler ambient temperature measured at 4C or below. - Pipe underneath wash sink has been repaired and no water leak is observed. No fruit flies were present in this area at the time of inspection. - Bar station drink cooler - spring has been replaced. Door has better closure now but the door magnets will still have to be replaced as per the operator. - Dust has been cleaned off from the ceiling vent and the lights in the cook line area. - All mould spots have been removed inside the drink walk-in cooler. *Ensure to cover all inserts in the prep coolers before closing. Discoloration and drying of the ingredients are observed. Closely monitor the temperature of the prep cooler to ensure it is maintained at 4C or below.
