Kitchen hand washing sink is still not working and is now taken apart. The sink is not operational at the time of inspection. This is an outstanding infraction and must be corrected by tomorrow. Adequate hand washing stations must be available all times for staff Correction Order issued. Further noncompliance will result in tickets.
