Facility has undergone renovations and no longer resembles the approved floor plan; menu items have also expanded.
Provide revised floor plan and food safety plan.

All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
