Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #JKIM-CEBLXF dated May 11, 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP).

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

On the inspection date of October 19, 2022 there were 7 children and the Licensee present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection #JKIM-CEBLXF were confirmed to have been corrected.
The following educational resources were provided:
- Reportable Incident Bulletin and Forms

Licensing discussed the following items today:
- Outdoor space inspection and log: to ensure that outdoor play space is inspected daily, and keep a log for any inspection, maintenance and repairs
- Shared space, i.e. entrance foyer/kitchen: to ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times
- Emergency supplies: Licensee is aware of supplies expiry dates
- Children's records: children's photographs or digital images and attendance
