Routine inspection - Hand washing stations are provided with liquid soap and paper towels. - Employees proper hand washing were observed. - All coolers are at 4C or colder - Freezer is at -20C. Temperature log is kept. - General sanitation is satisfactory- No obvious sign of pest at this date. - Ice machine in the back is clean. Ice well at front is to be maintained clean and free of soil. Ice scoop is stored properly. - QUAT sanitizer measured at 200 ppm and wiping cloths stored in the solution. - Customer washrooms are maintained. - Dishwasher registered at 73C at the dish surface. No concerns noted at this date.
