Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer at the three compartment sink measured 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Increase the concentration to 100-200 ppm. Manual dishwashing sign provided. Ensure the instructions on this sign are being followed. Prepare the sanitizer fresh regularly and when it appears murky to ensure the concentration is maintained.

Observation: Owner's FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate is expired (October 6, 2018).
Corrective Action(s): Obtain certification in FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. When the owner is not present, ensure at least one other staff present is certified. Keep all certificates on site. Send a copy of the certificate to the health inspector once obtained.

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, prep) are < or = 4C. Ensure inserts at the prep cooler are not overfilled as the top portion can exceed 4C.
- Stand-up freezer is < or = -18C
- Rice cooker is > or = 60C. Steam table was not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure it is able to maintain foods at 60C or greater.
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in bucket. Ensure wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer when not in use.
- Food containers are covered
- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
