Observation: Hand sink in prep area not working during inspection. Staff indicated it was not working. Hand sink in front operational and within 15 feet of preparation area.
Correction: Repair hand sink in prep area to allow staff to adequately wash their hands. To be correct by: Jan 15, 2021.

Follow-up inspection performed in response to Routine inspection CSWY-BX8W3N.

- One probe thermometer (digital) available at time of inspection. Discussed with operator how to properly assess whether thermometer is accurately displaying temperature, when to replace, and alternative probe thermometers (analog/dial probe).
- Cooling procedures for sauces explained to inspector at time of inspection.
- Prep area han dsink operational at time of inspection. Hot and cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap available.

Discussed with operator that the Facility Name on file (Curry Indian Cuisine) is different than what is listed on their store (Curry Way Fine Indian Cuisine). She expressed that she will talk with her boss and will submit an application if a name change is determined to be necessary.
