Follow up inspection to MTRG-AGDUMA:
The following deficiencies have been corrected:
- Food containers were now covered and protected from contamination
- Bags of un-peeled onions stored off the floor in back storage area
- No electrical cords found touching food
- Small white chest freezer measured <-18C during time of inspection
- During time of inspection, no chlorine sanitizer solution available for disinfecting food contact surfaces
- Mouse droppings have been removed behind small freezer located in the front, entry points sealed
- Water jugs not located near handwashing station
- Paper towels now available at handwashing station
