Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that metal drill bits are removed from drawers after each use, washed and sanitized, and then they can be stored in the drawers clean. Overall sanitation is adequate Handsinks are supplied with soap and paper towels (single use towels in the bathroom) 5000ppm bleach is available for high level disinfection 1000ppm bleach is being used for intermediate level disinfection of foot baths (operator filled tub for inspector to measure) Laundry washed on site with hot water and dried on hot. Waxing room is clean and organized; all disposable equipment is discarded after use.
