Observation: Metal drill bits found in drawers that have obviously not been cleaned because they have nail polish on them.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that metal drill bits are removed from drawers after each use, washed and sanitized, and then they can be stored in the drawers clean.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use items (nail files, buffers, and toe separators) are not being discarded after each use
Corrective Action(s): You can not clean and sanitize disposable items - please discard these after EACH use. Smaller, cheaper buffers and files are available for purchase, or you can cut or break the files and buffers in half if you don't want to waste them, but they must be thrown out after they have been used on a client.

Laundry washed on site with hot water and dried on hot.
Waxing room is clean and organized; all disposable equipment is discarded after use.
