Kitchen handsoap dispensers stocked floor in front of walk-in has been refinished, smooth easy to clean surface baseboards repaired in kitchen and dry storage area floor drain installed in mop room wall tiles - seems/gaps sealed with silicone vacuum breaker fitting added to dishwashing sink faucet, to be used with hose attachment electrical wires bundled above food equipment dishwasher repaired, 50 ppm chlorine detected. Permit to Operate issued, premise may operate when ready.
