Premises is currently open for dinner rushes. Lunch openings may resume in the fall. No food preparation taking place at time of inspection.
All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, under counter, bar, prep cooler...etc)
Freezers - 18C or less.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Screen door was closed over open back door at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored in holder.
Bleach available on site. Spray bottles labelled 'sanitizer' available at each station but empty.
Operator said sanitizer is made fresh upon start of each shift. Reminded operator to keep reusable cloths stored in a container of sanitizer solution to prevent mirobial growth.
High temperature dish washer achieved 72.9C (with mix/max probe thermometer)
All foods stored foods appeared protectedn (ie. covered, off the ground, raw meats stored separate from ready to eat foods, light covers/sleeves installed...etc) |
