Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was available for use in the kitchen at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared fresh solution of bleach sanitizer; 200 ppm bleach detected. Ensure sanitizer is always available for use during all hours of operation, and change solution every 4 hours at a minimum.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in kitchen was missing paper towels and hand sink in washroom was missing soap.
Corrective Action(s): All hand washing stations must be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Operator supplied hand sinks at time of inspection. **Ensure soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers are full at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front and back door were both propped open at the beginning of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Always keep all doors closed to prevent pest entry. Install screen doors if you wish to keep doors open.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Storage bins for dry ingredients require cleaning - build-up of food debris has accumulated on lids and bins.
2) Doors and handles of ALL coolers have build-up of grease and food debris
3) Interior of upright sliding glass door freezer and upright sliding glass door cooler have accumulation of food debris
4) Walk-in cooler floor and walls have build-up of food debris
5) Floors around dough mixer, around the mop sink and 3-compartment sink, and in general underneath equipment have build-up of dirt and debris
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize all food storage bins and lids
2) Clean and sanitize all doors and handles of equipment on a daily basis
3) Clean and sanitize interior of upright freezer and upright cooler
4) Clean and sanitize floor and walls of walk-in cooler
5) Clean and sanitize entire floor of kitchen, including areas under equipment and in hard to reach areas
