- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All handwashing stations stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels in front, back kitchen area and washrooms
- All coolers - walk-in coolers, sandwich prep cooler, display cooler, undercounter milk coolers, milk/creamer coolers are maintained at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding units at front and for soups and gravies is greater than 60C.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm QUAT solution.
- Dry storage area and food storage is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection. Pest control company report available on site for review
- FOODSAFE certified staff. Verified at the time of the inspection.
