Pest Control efforts reviewed.
- Sanitation: Increased cleaning of "hard to reach areas" requires attention. (ie: rear upright storage coolers, below/under coffee/cash area, inside front cabinets, around/in between prep coolers, behind garbage storage areas)
- Establish cleaning schedules within this facility. (ie: daily/weekly/monthly)
- Structurally: Hot holding storage area - exterior door sweeps are to be secured asap. Gaps noted on bottom of exterior door.
- Garbage: Recommend, all garbage to be removed nightly from facility and disposed of into covered, rodent proof containers.
- Food Storage: All food items (on display) are to be stored in covered, rodent proof containers nightly. Single use containers are to be stored in upper shelving units. |
