Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display cooler of wraps and samosas was at 9C. Ice build up noted on fan. Foods were probed. Foods on lower level were 4C and moved to other fridge. Foods including chicken samosas on upper level were 12-13C. These were voluntarily discarded by operator.
Corrective Action(s): -Defrost unit and ensure it is capable of maintaining all foods at 4C or colder before reuse.
-Ensure temp logs are being maintained.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food scraps accumulated underneath the prep cutting board that has been screwed on to the cooling unit.

All cooling units except the display cooler #1 measured at 4C or below.
All freezer units measured at -18C or below.
Washrooms are adequately equipped.
High temp dishwasher registered 73.7C during final rinse cycle after 3 runs.
*Ensure to run the dishwasher 3 times to achieve 71C or above before start of day.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured >200 ppm-bleached out test strip
*Ensure to mix 1/2 -1 tsp bleach with 1L water to achieve 200 ppm solution.
General sanitation is satisfactory
