-Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory
-Hot holding units temp>60 oC
-Ice machine is ok, Ice scoop are stored properly
-Bleach solution >100 ppm
-Dishwasher temp >71 oC at plate
-Glass washer iodine >12.5 ppm

*** General sanitation is better then last time however due to current pest activities more and deep frequent cleaning is required .

*** Ensure to label cooked/prepared foods in walk in cooler with date of preparation and use by max 2 days.

All noted issues to be addressed. Send a report re: adderrssing noted issues (coded violation and *** items) to the attention of the area insepecctor via email no later then Feb 13-2023, any questions contact the area inspector.
