-Follow-up inspection to May 04, 2023.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and was found to have a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Facility has been cleaned and areas affected with rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity.
-Back door was closed at the time of inspection. If operator leaves the back door open for ventillation during the warmer months, screen door must be installed to prevent potential pest infestation. Operator indicated he would purchase a new screen door for the back door.
