Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back door was open for the first 10 minutes of the inspection. This can allow for the entry of pests into the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected during the inspection. Ensure that the back door is kept closed.

Comments

-Time tracking was not available for condiments. All condiments were voluntarily discarded. Ensure that time tracking is always up to date for the condiments.
-Renovations are planned for this fall. Floor plans were approved for the renovations in May, 2023. Ensure that Fraser Health is notified when the renovations are complete.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
