-Fix the hole in the wall within 3 weeks. Note that a sign was moved to cover that area, however, that is not sufficient.
-Fix the sushi prep cooler door within 3 weeks.

Cleaning has taken place, however, additional cleaning is needed to fully remove the grease, as discussed with the owner.
The dishwasher reached 50 ppm chlorine after several runs.
