General sanitation is good. Handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers < or = to 4C Freezers < or = to -18C Thermometers for cold units - available. High temperature dishwasher reached 75.6 C at the plate's level. Note: Milk steamer sanitized after each use with Quat sanitizer. Surface sanitizer was available at 200 ppm Quat. Dry storage area is organized. No signs of pest activity. Abell pest control used. (Traps are set and empty). Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm at the two compartment sink. Test strips - available in the wall-mounted holder.
