Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A full tray of raw shell eggs were left out at room temperature. A staff member indicated that the eggs had just been taken out of the cooler approximately 45 minutes ago. The eggs were not to be used immediately.
Corrective Action(s): Store eggs in a cooler at 4C. Ensure eggs and all other perishable foods are stored in the cooler if not to be used immediately. This is a repeat violation. Future violations may result in enforcement action (ie. correction order and violation tickets). Date to be corrected by: Immediately

- Dishwasher has been serviced. Only the display unit was faulty - Dishwasher itself was functioning correctly.
- Hand washing stations are clear of obstructions

*Ensure staff are aware of the time monitoring system in order to be able to keep track of how long perishable foods have been out of the cooler.
