-Follow-up inspection to January 17, 2022.
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Facility is in the processing of sealing potential entry points into the facility. Ensure all sealed entry points have steel wool to deter pest from entering the facility. Some pest activity still observed inside one tin. Droppings are still observed in the kitchen. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.
-Scoops were found to be stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe bottles stored in ice wells used to prepare beverages at the time of inspection.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed.
-Prep cooler door seal has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives.
