Follow - up inspection : A new glasswasher was installed at the bar where the previous one was located. It had 50 ppm chlorine when tested. The permit fee made payable to Fraser Health in the amount of $270.83 was received by cheque. Cheque # 000417. *Health approval granted. This does not exempt you from seeking approval from other agencies. - Ensure that Fraser Health is notified regarding any layout or menu changes. - Note that the upstairs bar + kitchen is not included in this approval.
