- Mouse droppings have been cleaned up. Continue to monitor daily for any further activity (droppings) and clean and disinfect area immediately. - Pest Control Technician has been on-site and catch stations have been placed. Service report viewed at time of the inspection. Operator reported Pest Control service will be monthly. Ensure copies of Pest Control service reports are available for viewing upon request (copy retained on-site or accessible electronically). - Hole in dining area has been repaired - Boxes have been removed from back hallway. Flats of bottled pop remaining - Operator to obtain shelving so that product is stored 6" off of the floor - Flooring under rationale ovens has been cleaned Pending violations: Code 306 - Hole in washroom and hole near back door to be covered Code 311 - Flooring under rationale ovens to be repaired. See routine inspection report 17-Jun-2021 for correction required. Covid Safety Protocols: - Signage in place on tables which are no to be used to ensure 2m distance between customers is maintained - Operator has Covid Safety plan - ensure plan is reviewed and is up to date with current guidance.
