Follow up inspection for JPAK-AXHTGQ Resolved violations: 1. Prep cooler now in good working order; measured 1.6 C with probe thermometer 2. Premises has been cleaned. Ceiling tiles have been cleaned but the accumulation was too much that grease cannot be removed completely. They are in the process of replacing them. 3. Sticky trap have been removed from the bar area. Ensure to install a new trap for monitoring purposes.
