Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Less than 50ppm QUATS sanitizer was detected from dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer was available but did not appear to be mixing with water. All cleaned cookware and equipment at the time did not receive adequate sanitation.
Correction: All cookware and equipment must be sanitized again once dispenser is serviced.

- Sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink is now functioning properly. Concentration measured to be 200ppm QUATS as per test strips.
- All cookware and equipment from the previous day have since been properly sanitized and air dried.
