Follow Up Inspection - Slicer and ice machine sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection - walk in cooler sanitation requires attention. Thoroughly clean, walls, floors and ceiling. Remove all items to clean underneath and behind all items. - repair chest freezer #4 lid and remove ice accumulation from all freezers.
