Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff wasn't aware of exactly how much bleach to put into the 2nd sink to get 100ppm Chlorine for sanitizing dishes when washing dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase a measuring cup and determine how much bleach is required for the amount of water used during dishwashing to get 100ppm. Train all staff on this.

General Comments:
All coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Temperature logs are being maintained
Pizzas are held for 2 hours in the warmer then discarded (warmer temperature was about 40 degC). Each of pizzas in the hot holding unit was time stamped.
200ppm bleach solution is available in spray bottles for sanitizing.
Handsinks and washroom sink are fully equipped.
This location is not partaking in the TGTG (Too Good To Go) Program.
Manager on duty had a valid Foodsafe Certificate; operator's FS Level 1 certificate is still valid
